Yes. If a placement doesn’t work out within the agreed guarantee period, we will work to replace the candidate under our terms of business.

Our fees are transparent and agreed up-front. They are typically based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary, with options depending on the level of service required.

We combine our private network, targeted search/headhunting, referrals, and discreet advertising — focusing on passive talent you won’t find on job boards.
